Here is some more progress on our Upper Allentown project, specifically Lehigh Structural Steel. Member Guy Frick, III custom painted and weathered the switcher and installed DCC & sound. Track work has been completed by a mix of members including Guy Frick, III, Gif Sander and Bryan Smith. All scenery and weathering in the area has been completely by Bryan Smith. Building lighting has been completed by Tony Kalina. We are thrilled by their craftsmanship and dedication to this area of the layout!

Thank you very much for visiting us for our open house today. We hope that everyone has enjoyed seeing the progress below on our Upper Allentown project. Here's a small section of that area below with a scene that's nearly completed, featuring the Lehigh Valley main passing underneath the Allentown Terminal Railroad. This is near where the American Parkway Bridge is today.

Our next Open House will be this fall, September 20th. We hope to show off the completion of this area of our layout by then. Follow us and keep in touch for more updates throughout the summer!

We are open today for our last open house of Spring 2026! Our doors are open from 1 pm to 5 pm. Tickets are $8 a person, available at the door or online at our website. Kids 12 and under are free!

Our next open house is approaching quickly. Our doors will be open on Sunday, May 17th, from 1 pm to 5 pm. This will be our final open house of 2026 until after the summer, so be sure to come on down! We are excited to show you the progress we have been making on our Upper Allentown Improvement project.

Tickets are $8 a person, while children 12 and under are free! Tickets are available online at our website or at the door the day of the show. We hope to see you there!

We had a unique visitor to the layout today! One of our members recently acquired two Glendinning Engineering, LLC. pieces of rolling stock, the DODX M-140 Nuclear Waste car and the DODX Rail Es**rt Vehicle. Keep a look out during our upcoming open houses to see these in action!

We unfortunately need to share with you that our Annual Sidewalk Sale scheduled for this Sunday, April 19th has been CANCELLED due to the current weather forecast. We do not have a rain date for the sidewalk sale event at this time.

However, we do want you to know that we WILL still have our doors open for a regularly scheduled open house, from 1 PM to 5 PM. Our gift shop will be open as well with items available for purchase.

We are also happy to share that we will be celebrating the 50th anniversary of , as our layout will prominently feature Conrail trains and equipment for this open house.
