A century-old Columbia River Gorge returns to view through newly restored glass-plate photographs made between 1914 and the 1930s. These rare images reveal lost landscapes and the quiet intention of a photographer whose work was never meant to disappear.

Presented by Patrick F. Smith at The Bingen Theater. Sponsored by Big Britches Productions and The Gorge Heritage Museum.

πŸ“· 1) Celilo Falls c.1915

πŸ“· 2) Original glass-plate negative. "Holding history in my hands! It's such an honor to be able to share these images with everyone. Something so old and made of glass with places that will never be again." -Patrick F. Smith
