We often search for magic outside ourselves—in rituals, herbs, candles, symbols, teachers, traditions, and sacred places.
But I believe those things are only reminders.
The true magic has always lived within us.
It is in our ability to imagine something before it exists. To choose again. To heal. To create. To listen to our intuition when the world is loud. To feel the changing seasons in our bones and recognize that we belong to something larger than ourselves.
Magic is intention given attention.
It is the energy we bring into a room, the words we speak over our lives, the boundaries we create, the love we offer, the things we release, and the quiet choices we make when no one is watching.
Herbs may become our allies. Candles may help us focus. Ritual may create sacred space.
But none of these things holds our power for us.
They help us remember what is already there.
There is an ancient knowing within each of us—a small ember waiting for our attention. The more we trust it, tend it, and listen to it, the brighter it becomes.
You do not need someone else to hand you your magic.
You are the magic.
