The Highlands is more than just the "High Lands" of New Jersey: it's a fabulous patchwork of forests, farmlands, lakes and rivers, and urban centers spread out across a four-state region through Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Connecticut. The Highlands is a vital ecosystem containing a staggering diversity of plants and animals, humans among them!
Art is a powerful medium that reflects how we see the world around us. Through sculpture, painting, photography and mixed media, our Highlands Juried Art Exhibit and Entr-Exhibit bring attention to the importance of this often-overlook region and its importance to millions of Americans.
