Mondays are great for making weekend plans! Here is what will be happening at the museum this weekend!
On Saturday June 6th the Maine Bureau of Veteran’s Services and U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs will host the Veterans and Community Connection Expo on the Village Green from 10am-2pm. The event will welcome all veterans, service members and their families (free admission) to connect with federal, state, and community partners regarding available benefits and resources. There will be music (Gary Blackman Band and David Gagne band), food trucks(Truckin Good Food and Salty Boyz) giveaways, vendors, and entertainment for the whole family.
The Museum will be open to ALL visitors, and train rides will run on a regular schedule (standard admission applies).
On Sunday, June 7th Museum visitors can catch the arrival of the Northeast Rod Run’s 6th Annual Bay Invasion Tour, as an exciting mix of American-made hot rods, muscle cars and classic cars cruise onto the Village Green. Museum gate opens at 10:00 am, offering the perfect vantage point to watch the vehicles pull in before they depart at noon.
