The Menino Arts Center serves the neighborhood of Hyde Park, greater Boston and its suburban counterparts. With over 4,000 square feet of space, the MAC is home to a large classroom, seven affordable artist work studios, three galleries, a library and resource center, an auditorium and our organization’s home offices.

Call for Art for the 37th Annual HPAA Members Exhibition at the Menino Arts Center: December 7, 2026 – January 22, 2027, with Awards Reception on Saturday, December 12, 330 – 5pm

HPAA member artists may submit up to two works for consideration with a $25 entry fee. One work per artist is guaranteed acceptance; a second work may be accepted by the curator depending on the total number of submissions received.

All submitted works are considered for exhibition without jury selection. The jury process is solely for the selection of award recipients. Awards Juror is TBD.

2026 HPAA Membership must be paid to participate in the exhibit. Not a member? Join for the rest of 2026 and get 2027 included – https://www.hpaa-mac.org/hpaa-membership/.

Deadline for Submission: Sunday, November 8, 11:59pm.

Join us on on Friday, October 30, 7 - 9 pm, for our next concert featuring Thea Hopkins. Free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served.

An award-winning performing songwriter, Thea Hopkins is a member of the Aquinnah Wampanoag tribe of Martha’s Vineyard MA, and calls her music Red Roots Americana. She has been described as a “standout writer,” and Americana (UK) called her “superb.” She first gained greater public notice when Peter, Paul & Mary recorded her song, “Jesus Is On The Wire,” in 2004 and again in 2010 with the Prague Symphony Orchestra. Her new album, “Blossoms & Ghosts,” released in February 2026, is both timely and timeless. https://theahopkins.com/
