We have been monitoring the COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation closely in the hopes of being able to move forward with the ticket lottery selection and associated presale for KING TUT: Treasures of the Golden Pharaoh, ahead of our scheduled June 12 opening.
In light of the continued global health concerns and uncertainty surrounding the pandemic, the scheduled June 12th opening of the exhibition in Boston is being postponed.
We will continue to closely monitor and review the situation in partnership with the Egyptian Ministry of Antiquities, Bostonโs Department of Public Health and The Saunders Castle at Park Plaza.
This decision has been made with the health and safety of all our visitors and staff remaining our top priority.
We thank you for your support and patience. It is our intention for the exhibition to open in Boston this fall and will share more information as we have it available.
