Brea Museum and Historical Society The Brea Museum & Historical Society is dedicated to the collection, preservation, and display of the history of Brea. We hope to see you at the Museum

Since 1971 the Brea Historical Society has been dedicated to the preservation of the rich history of Brea. The Brea Historical Society provides a place for education, investigation, research, and community gatherings at the Museum. The Society encourages students, citizens, and visitors alike to explore the events, people, and stories that have shaped Brea in the past and continue to shape it into the future.

What is one hour Martinizing anyway? It was a real process, invented by, yep, Henry Martin in 1949. He discovered a chemical (yikes) called perchloroethylene, that was non-flammable and colorless…hmmm, all the things you want to hear being used on your clothes.
