The Bend Academy of Art has MOVED!

The Bend Academy of Art is happy to announce our new location, new name and new business model! We have moved across country to Bridgton, Maine and will be opened for business this spring. The new name is Factor Fine Art. We will now have the space to finally run the Center for the Arts, Gallery and Studio we have been dreaming of and that was sadly unafordable in Bend.

Please check us out at our new and developing website, www.factorfineart.com for more info, details and to stay tuned in to our grand opening date, upcoming events, workshops, visiting artist lectures, and courses. You can also sign up for our email newsletter from the intro page there.

The curriculum and schedule will change a bit from the Academy, but many things will stay the same as far as the teaching philosophy and approach.

The Academy was first and only school of its kind in Oregon. The curriculum at Factor Fine Art will echo that of the Academy. It is thorough, well rounded and geared towards the diversity, needs, desires, and interests of our unique community.

Our in-person and online courses and workshops range from Drawing, Painting, Anatomy, and Perspective to Illustration, Sculpture, Design and Digital Photography.

Factor Fine Art is a Community-Based Art & Culture Center in the Heart of Maine. which offers a fine art gallery, studio and creative work space with cultural events including music, film screenings and performances, classes, workshops, seminars, lectures , visiting artist residencies, gallery /

Saturday, April 27th.
The Bend Academy will be offering only one spring workshop and will be taking a short break until late summer/early fall with some big news happening. More info to come soon! 😉
