HUGE news for our fellow fans of weird campy cult classics: REPO! The Genetic Opera is coming to select Regal Cinemas for one night only on May 29th, newly remastered in 4k! I don't know about you, but we sure won't be missing it 🍿

YES, it will be the newly remasterd, 4k DOLBY ATMOS version of our Opera screened on the 29th.

Looks like our OG venue for this event had an unfortunate scheduling hiccup, and we may have to find another venue willing to host us. If anyone has or knows of a place ready and willing to host us for a fundraiser on this date, please reach out to us!

If not, don't worry! Worst case scenario, we'll be revisiting this event in the fall so we can still rock out with you 🤘

Curators of Fear presents: RITE HERE RITE NOW Second Anniversary Celebration at [NEW LOCATION TBA]!

Our favorite band has gone into a hiatus of uncertain length, and that can only mean one thing: It's our turn to step in and do our part in bringing fans together, and what better time than the second anniversary of their LEGENDARY concert film?

We wanna see you , whether that means full costume or just your standard band tee. We'll have bracelets to trade (and supplies to make some) and popcorn to munch on all night long!

Before the movie, you've got the chance to test your knowledge of the music, lore, and other obscure facts with some superfan-level trivia! We'll be doing this trivia in the style of the Dropout game show "Um, Actually", which means contestants will be given incorrect statements they'll have to correct. Don't stress if you don't think you've got the knowledge— everyone's got a chance to stumble into the right answer! Just be aware that contestants are limited to 3 duos and will be randomly selected prior to the game.

Make sure you brush up on the full discography, because you'll also get to partake in some music bingo! Cards will be handed out as you enter in exchange for any size donation, but we're starting it promptly at 6:15, so don't be late!

Along with the prizes for our trivia and bingo winners, we'll also have a Prize basket up for raffle that includes a rare color variant of Meliora on vinyl!

Once the movie starts, get ready for a concert movie experience like no other! We'll be doing all we can (within reason, of course) to bring this ritual to life, so be ready to sing, dance, and catch some mummy dust.

This event, like all others we host, will be a fundraiser for the Historic May-Stringer House Museum, and will help us bring you an INCREDIBLE haunt this Halloween.

The event may start officially at 6, but feel free to arrive as early as you'd like and hang out with fellow fans! We'll see you there 😈

Here's a little look at some of our setup and crafting process! Between folding carboard tabs, poking holes in pool noodles, corpsing skeletons, and bloodying up just about everything we safely could, we sure had our hands full in the week leading up to our opening.

What this video doesn't show is the re-assembly process we had to improvise our way through after an unexpected storm wreaked all the havoc it could manage on our outdoor decor. We'd like to extend our thanks to every member of our volunteer team who worked hard to make sure that our doors were ready to open for our guests every night, and who helped us recover from every crisis and catastrophe. We couldn't have done it without you!

Congratulations, Sheila!!!! We just spoke to the winner and we are setting up the sleepover.
