FOR SALE - Wing Section Beechcraft U-8D (L-23D) Seminole military version of the Beechcraft Model 50 Twin Bonanza. A total of 250 aircraft were produced and used by the US Army from the 1950s to the 1980s. Uninspected/Certified selling as a large statement piece for display and collector purposes only located in Buckeye, AZ crating and delivery services available $4500.

FOR SALE Emptied out some bulk drums from the hangar have jugs of quarts of piston aviation oil, selling at $6 per quart. Most is in 3QT white jugs have a few 4QT/5QT jugs. $6 per quart.

Just wrapped up four months of work acquiring a sixty year aviation collection including approximately fifteen Bell 47G / H13 helicopters (dissassembled) as well as other aviation parts. Trailer loads of aircraft control surfaces, wheels & tires, NOS parts, vintage avionics, small parts, medium parts as as parts for other vintage rotorcraft like Hillar, Sikorsky, Bell etc. When I took on the project I drastically underestimated the scale of physical work and mental stress I was about to go through, the parts needed to be saved to eventually get to those that need them, and also that can rebuild the Bell 47s. The property has been cleared the buildings are torn down and the parts and some shelving is currently packed in three semi trailers and moved to the Aviation Acre. Since summer is here and I've dedicated all my available time for a third of this year, it will remain parked until the winter before beginning to further organize and digest the collection. History was saved.

Earlier this year, I acquired a 16' long section of fuselage as well as a tail to a rare Pieaseki H21 Workhorse (Flying Banana) helicopter. The main body section is from the middle right where it slopes up to start the tail, wow I'm sure these pieces have stories to tell. The fuselage is currently suspended in the shop and I'll be making a trailer for it in May to be able to move and display it in the collection.

This past Decemeber I was able to acquire a cockpit nose section from a Grumman S2 Tracker from Marsh Aviation Falcon Field in Mesa, AZ. It's currently suspended from the shop gantry crane awaiting me to build a metal base on casters so it can properly be displayed. I was able to also aquire a pair of seats as well as a pair of three bladed props to be able to display together. Definitely envisioning some red lighting, an air band radio full of pilot chatter at the minimum inside and this unit would be great to go to the next level and install a full flight simulator. Lots of possibilities.

While saving the DC4/C54 parts on the ground surrounding the Dempsey's collection of aircraft I was able to make a deal for the front 22' nose section of Firebomber 109. The Plane Tags folks already had their "plane terminites" carving off the skin for their luggage tags business, but I was able to save the front in time. We were able to cleanly remove it after the navigators quarters bulkhead, leaving a small door opening that would be easy to enclose. I've had ideas of making an aviation-themed Air BnB as a truly unique experience for aviation buffs the world over.

One of the first big collections of aviation parts I acquired was from the Dempsey's in Marana, AZ. I spent a summer loading and moving trailer loads of control surfaces, wheels & tires, cowling, landing gear, medium parts, small parts and even 22' of nose from C54 aka Firebomber 109. They were such a great family to work with with a long legacy of firebombing and support originally at Falcon Field in Mesa, AZ then later Marana, AZ. All of this inventory is ready to be connected with the organizations and collections able to use it to support aircraft in the air and on display.
