Crystal Rodriguez-Dabney, the City of Buffalo's representative on the board, was elected to the post at the organization's board meeting on Thursday. She replaces Dennis Bassett of Rochester.

On this Memorial Day the Puerto Rican and Hispanic Day Parade of WNY Association joined WNY Hispanic American Veterans Memorial Inc. and the Gabriel A. Rodriguez American Legion Post 1928 as we remembered and honored the U.S. military personnel who died while serving for the United States of America.
