As a rapidly evolving group inclusive of all artists, Sweet Papaya continues to grow to its full potential.. Member artists all have their own vibrant practices, ranging from abstract and representational painting to mixed-media, digital art, and sculpture. As an executive suite for artists, Sweet Papaya offers a range of opportunities for local creatives. In addition to providing an additional pl

atform for artists to display their work, Sweet Papaya also sells related products on the Gallery Gifts section of the website. Visitors to the site can also browse artwork in the Digital Gallery, a virtual exhibition space. Sweet Papaya artists aim to promote fine arts in the Pacific Northwest and beyond and invite fellow creatives to bring their unique and dedicated practice to the consortium.

Please share this call for art to celebrate Lake Oswego’s permanent art collection. This is an opportunity for artists to create new pieces, drawing inspiration from the collection’s wide-ranging and regionally significant works.⁠

Artists can submit artwork in any medium. Proposals, or finished artwork in response to selected pieces from the collection will be considered. For complete details and to view the artwork from the collection, go to:
