Canoga Park Artwalk

Canoga Park Artwalk The Canoga Park Art Walk is the third Thursday of each month June through August typically. Thank you for your continued support.

The Canoga Park Art Walk is a community event focused around bringing the community of Canoga Park as well as the entire SFV out into the streets, participating in and enjoying art and music. However this year in 2022, easing back in from the Pandemic closures, we only had a June event - Canoga Pop! Historically:
The Canoga Park Improvement Association (www.cpia.la) was joined by 11:11 A Creative

Collective (www.1111acc.org) to organize an all inclusive art event here in the west SFV! And in further years, CPIA joined with other partners like Disclosure Fest in 2019 for Canoga Heart, and Retro Relics for 2021/2022 for the Canoga Pop Editions. CPAW has now grown to be quite a great team of people working together with the local businesses and city officials to continue this community endeavor with more art, more music, more food and an all around wonderful art and community event for the entire family! We couldn't do it without the support of neighboring organizations, and local businesses and artists.

En mi barrio, hay arte.

“In My Neighborhood — In My Varrio” brought Canoga Park together in the most beautiful way at the Taxco Theatre on Owensmouth.

Curated by the incredible Joe Tovar in partnership with and - this night was a love letter to this community.

Classic cars lined up out front. Spoken word filled the air with stories of joy and resilience. Chicano art, student work, and pieces from Joe and fellow artists covered the walls.

And DJ Way Back Grooves spun the classics — Jackson 5 and beyond — on real records. 🎶

This is what culture looks like when a community tells its own story. Stay tuned for the next “In My neighborhood” art show and event coming back to
