"How to Sauna" Class
Don't have a sauna at your house? Take advantage of the opportunity to use the FAHS sauna. A "How to Sauna" class, providing sauna etiquette and logistics, will be offered after the Potluck at 2:30 pm. All members who wish to use our sauna must complete this class and sign a liability form. We also recommend checking with your physician before engaging in a sauna practice.
