Be prepared for my art to start getting weird because I’m experimenting and enjoying the process of random creation.

Life has thrown me some curveballs recently and while I’ve been more depressed than ever, I’m now feeling strangely hopeful.

It’s weird. I’m about to be homeless and living off the land, so I should be stressed (which I am) but I’m also so excited for this new journey. So excited to finally build my own dream. My own space. Test my own limits.

I dreamt about vanlife when I was in the Navy. I often said it was going to be my plan after I got out. But, instead I got out and got really comfortable. And then the fear of losing it all took over and drove me nearly insane. It was so stressful. 😩

Being laid off back in May was hard. But now I feel free. I can’t worry about losing stuff because I already have, and while it sucked I’m still here. I still have what matters most, and I have people who support me (which is most important).

I don’t know what’s coming next anymore, but now I know that’s okay.
