Live & Local is just around the corner, and we want to make sure you can enjoy every minute of it! Drop Off Childcare is happening at Carroll Children's Museum on Thursday, June 4th from 6–9 PM!

Drop the kids off with us and head out for a fun evening downtown! We'll keep them entertained with:

There’s always a new way to play at the Carroll Children’s Museum! ✨

Whether they’re creating their own little hideaway, playing with friends, or discovering something new, our exhibits are designed to spark imagination and encourage open-ended play.

One of our favorite things about the museum is watching children turn simple spaces into whatever they dream them to be: a fort, a reading nook, a house, a store, or something entirely their own!

Come explore, play, learn, and let your imagination lead the way. We can’t wait to see what your little ones create next.

☀️ School’s out and summer fun is officially on at the Carroll Children’s Museum!

Come beat the heat, explore, play, and enjoy our extended summer hours with us! Whether you’re stopping in for a quick adventure or spending the afternoon making memories, we’re so excited to welcome your family this summer. 🌈📚

And yes… snacks are ready. 😋

We’ve got chips, drinks, and other grab-and-go treats available for purchase at the snack station! You can pay through Venmo or directly through the Experience Guide working up front.

Story Squad registration is FULL for our June children's book club!

Then starting Friday, May 29th, we're expanding our hours so your family has even more time to explore, play, and learn!

Our program coordinator has been finishing up her program plans for upcoming Summer STEM camps. We are excited to explore STEAM activities with the kids throughout this summer. ☀️

🗓️Camp Weeks Available:
Week of June 8th
Week of July 20th
Week of August 3rd

⏰ Camp Times:
Entering Preschool–1st Grade: 9AM–12PM
Entering 2nd–4th Grade: 1PM–4PM

💲 $100 per camp week
✨ Sign up for one week or join us for all three!

Snacks and drinks will be provided daily. Campers should wear socks and are welcome to bring a water bottle. Please notify us of any allergies at registration.

Limited spots available and preregistration is required!

🇺🇸 Just a reminder that Carroll Children's Museum will be closed tomorrow, Monday, May 26th in honor of Memorial Day. We take this time to pause, to remember and honor the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. We are grateful for their sacrifice. See you back Tuesday! 🤍

Carroll Children's Museum was founded for the sole purpose of entertaining our young visitors through educational play. This is a perfect example! A young visitor created this house with our space tiles! Her mom helped her vision come to life ♥️
