Bridge Street Studio & Gallery is officially closed. The owner of the building is taking over the space to use it as her office for the adjacent bar. I was happy to have it for a few years. It wasn't open every day, but it came alive for all types of events. It provided a space for friends to gather, artists to showcase their works, photo shoots, and community events. Old Home Week, Iron Works exhibits, Pop Up shops, a wedding reception, and the mural of GW Crossing the Delaware were just a few of the highlights. It was great to be a part of it and to have it be a part of our community! I will miss having a space to make connections with artists, furniture makers, crafters, chefs, florists, and fellow Catasauqua people, but thinking about opening up a different space to create new memories.
