"SOUND Energy IMMERSIONS"
are my interpretations of sound “baths” that are ultimately and essentially gatherings for meditation - - guided, mindful, tacit, moving, contemplative but not in and of itself, “performative.”
I incorporate the Tibetan crystal singing bowls, chants, and improvised vocal ruminations that I have been presenting in the Los Angeles and Palm Springs area whilst concurrently and voraciously seeking-out to study and learn other holistic healing modalities across time, cultures, and styles. It is not implausible to believe that the use of “everything old is new again” remedies were from the underground and that the au courant buzzwords “quantum” and “ physics” came into the current healthcare conversation attending to a proposition that the words 'Science' and 'Spirit' can tangentially and agreeablly be used in the same sentence , explained and imagined when framed by the concepts of Quantum Physics!
(Proof positive that the world IS not flat!)
Speaking of which, Covid was not my first pandemic:
As an HIV+ survivor for over 40 years, it was from the Get-Go that I sought alternative healing remedies because ATZ was the sole medication for treatment at that time, which I refused because by my own personal observations that many of my friends on AZT were not surviving. By uncovering and self-administering my own acquired alternative health remedies I was able to authenticate them as effective treatments for my own personal health, survival and spiritual grounding; and would safely and confidently recommend to others. In recent history, most of these esoteric “fixes” of the past were dismissed or snickered-at but with each succeeding generation these newly found healing modalities from former and Ancient times had a revival of sorts during the Hippie Movement of the 60’s; the interest and enthusiasm skipped a generation and today the current resurgence of alternative health care at this Dawning of this Age of Aquarius has reintroduced these renewed sources of health treatments and delivering them Back to the Future.
