"Cave Creek" where the Cowboys & Bikers all get along. It seems to be cold & snowing everywhere but my little town. At least 500 bikes in town this weekend with horses, tractors & Bentleys everywhere. If you've never been, it's a great time to come visit! The Original Painting is in the collection of a local friend & Bar owner, but prints are available. There's lot's of hidden people and Cave Creek happenings hidden in this one.

"V-4", a recent painting of the fastest bike I've ridden to date. With 235 HP,under 400 #, a redline of 16,500 rpm, 1st gear brought me in excess of 100 mph! At a cost of over $40,000.00 and an exhaust system worth $7000.00, this Ducati was a mechanical masterpiece. I had to create a painting of this contemporary engineering marvel!

Deal of the Day "Chop Shop" An old school garage with parts galore! Tombstone tail lights, a bobbed Pan Head on the lift, a behind the scenes view that restorers and mechanics understand. I did this one differently and combined markers and paint to get that sketchy feel. Stickers from some of my favorite companies adorn the lift.

H-D. I've always liked this old logo as the bottom part was a gun sight. Something different on this painting as the logo is gold & bronze leaf that I over painted to look old.

Deal of the Day "X" If you were riding in the late 70's-80's you either had one or wanted one! The 6 cylinder CBX. For over 2 years I photographed 20 CBX's & finally got the perfect angle. Pipes, Motor, and a Red tank. This modern day classic is Framed in an ornate Black and is stunning.

Deal of the Day "Twin Stick" this early Indian was an artist's study in rust & patina. The rust was different on the pipes, heads, and shifters. Subtle & very challenging. One of the shift levers was a hand clutch, as it had no front brakes if you were on a hill. Talk about challenging! Can't imagine riding one of these, down a dirt road.

Deal of the Day "Hard West Blues" A Donnie Smith bike I ran across in Daytona where we were sharing a Condo during Bike Week. Always liked this bike. Stance, girder front end, 19" frt. wheel, a clean contemporary chopper. It surfaced years later in Arizona and I painted it with a western theme. Gunfights, train robberies, eagles, scorpions, tarantula, gallows pole, rattlesnake... I could envision riding this chopper, wandering backroads between deserted desert towns. Great subject matter Donnie!
