Sara’s KramBakery Your one stop shop for delicious dessert bars the size of your head! In the summer of 2020, Sara Krambeer was laid off from her job of 11 years.

Permanently closed.

She always had a passion for baking and regularly held fundraiser bake sales. One day, she was in the middle of doing some quarantine baking when she thought: "could I make a business out of this?" Thus, KramBakery was born! All the magic comes from her licensed home bakery. Sara specializes in bars (brownies, blondies, cake bars, etc). Her bars are easily the size of your head and would make a great treat to share with a friend (but we won't judge if you want to keep it all to yourself!).

I’m a sucker for the chestnut praline latte and, of course, the cranberry bars! So, in 2021 when I was told I needed to cut out dairy and gluten for a few months and those months happened to be during the holiday season, I knew I needed to do something.

And that’s how my White Chocolate Cranberry Blondie was born!

This recipe is easily one of my favorites. Chewy blondie base filled with white chocolate morsels and dried cranberries, topped with a sweet cream cheese and white chocolate frosting with a hint of orange zest…

Also, not to toot my own horn, but I may have had two baristas from said coffee chain stop by my booth at the farmers market, sample this bar, and tell me that it was better! 🎺🎺
