Education is a powerful tool. Through the NAACP’s Inspire Initiatives, we’re working to break down barriers and build pathways for the next generation of leaders.

Thanks to our generous donors, we are advancing efforts to ensure equity in educational opportunities that prepare students for success in school, work, and life.

Whether you’re a student pursuing your dreams or a community member who can pass this information along to a student in your life, you can play a vital role in this mission. Please help us spread the word about our undergraduate and graduate scholarship opportunities.

Interested applicants can explore our scholarship opportunities and the eligibility requirements for each at naacp.org/scholarships:
The Agnes Jones Jackson Scholarship
The Empowering A Better Tomorrow Scholarship, Powered by Walmart
The James Weldon Johnson Scholarship
The Hubertus W.V. Willems Scholarship
The Ed Dwight Scholarship
The NAACP x Society Awards Scholarship
This year, we’ve added three new scholarship opportunities:
The Edmund & John Kelly Scholarship
The Emanuel & T. Thomas Fortune Scholarship
The Dr. Eliza & Dr. Richard Grier Scholarship
The deadline to apply is May 22, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET.

The time to tap in for our educational future is now. Please forward this to a student who could benefit, or explore the requirements yourself.
