Such a fabulous and weird week of classes I had last week!!! Unfortunately I was so busy teaching at Common Ground I don’t have photos of the beautiful Macrame Trees from last Wednesday. Thursday, the Modern Kinusaiga class was AWESOME best student- she was so fun, such a blast to hang out with and made such a beautiful sunset. The deconstructing Barbie class was WILD!!! And I’m sooooo looking forward to the next one!!! Those ladies didn’t hold back and they made some awesome creations!! Looking forward to seeing their finished pieces!!!

Have you ever looked at a worked of art and felt an immediate connection to it? I know every piece I create is made for a specific person and one day they will be united. Well, this was the piece that did it for me! I’m so thankful to .rugs for organizing Fiber February, where I came across this magnificent piece. Who are the amazing artists you ask?? and collaborated and brought it to me together. Tears, laughter and thankfulness for this piece finding me and allowing me to meet two of the coolest humans I’ve ever met. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ It will be in my studio for your viewing pleasure 😁👏👏👏👏
