Here are a few upcoming events happening in Chanute over the next few weeks! 👻🎃 We’d love for you to come out, join in the fun, and enjoy all our community has to offer! Don't forget our Main Street Chanute Spook Parade Thursday, Oct. 29th. Trick or Treat on Main begins at 4:30 pm. The Halloween Spook Parade line up begins at 5:30 pm, at the corner of Main & Grant. Costume judging at 5:45 pm, parade starts at 6 pm. PARADE ENDS AT THE MAIN STREET PAVILION at the corner of Main St. and Highland St where best costume prizes will be awarded and children dismissed to parent/guardian.

Thank you, Ruthann, for taking a few minutes to visit with our travel writer! I know she enjoyed her time in Chanute, and your personal interview about the annual Artist Alley event provided her with wonderful insight into this special community event. We can’t wait until next year!

Main Street Chanute was so excited to have Adventuring Woman, a travel writer, visit during Artist Alley. It was a pleasure being able to share information about our event and help showcase Chanute. Special thanks to Chanute Area Chamber of Commerce & Office of Tourism for getting her here.

Every fall we wait for this day. 🧡

You know the one. Cool morning, warm sunshine, blue sky stretching forever, and not even a breeze to move the leaves. Today is that day, and it is a gift.

Ten seasons in, we still get excited when one of these rolls around. It's the kind of day where kids race from the go karts to the bounce pad and back again, parents finally sit down with a drink and soak it in, and nobody's worried about the clock or what's next on the agenda. Just pure relaxing, out in the fresh air, taking it all in together.

Don't let this one slip by. Throw a hoodie in the car, load up the crew, and come make a memory with us. The go karts are fueled, the maze is waiting, and the concessions and bar are open all day.
