May 1st ArtWalk Must Sees! Every gallery is a starting point!

presents “Charleston in Bloom” by Elizabeth Middour’s passion for gardening with her love of painting. The subjects of her work are often grown in her garden and brought to her studio to be captured on canvas.

exhibition brings together four distinct voices to herald the arrival of the season. Through a curated collection of spring florals and intimate still life’s, these artists explore the fleeting beauty of the natural world.

explores the visual and cultural narratives of the Lowcountry coast through painting and storytelling. Drummond’s work reflects the textures and traditions of coastal life, including the enduring legacy of sweetgrass basket weaving, while Law’s work centers on narrative-driven figuration and personal history.

is happy to welcome Florida based artist Bill Farnsworth to the gallery family. Opening on May 1 during Charleston Gallery Association’s first Friday Artwalk, Helena Fox Fine Art will be displaying a new collection of work by this talented artist. This will be his first exhibit with the gallery.

highlights Coastal Colors by Julie Byrd Diana, an acrylic painter and photographer based in John’s Island, SC. Her impressionist style features heavy acrylic application with a palette knife and brush, helping her capture Lowcountry scenes and regions beyond.
