Marissa Vogl’s “Variety Show” explores process experimentation and the freedom of creative expression.

In this latest series, embraces a fluid, intuitive approach, allowing each piece to unfold without constraint. The work serves as a tip of the hat to the spirit of creating and what happens when an artist follows curiosity, perhaps even shifting techniques and discovering something new in the moment. The result is a collection that feels both personal and expansive, rooted in the idea that creating is, first and foremost, for the maker.

Says about the show: “This body of work is really about freedom. A reminder that we can create whatever we want, however we want, in that moment. When we allow ourselves to work that way, there’s a kind of honesty that comes through, something more human, more connected.”
