Gallery 100 Nestled in the warm community of Silver Maples of Chelsea; this gallery showcases various exhibits.

Established in 2009, Gallery 100 is an attractive gallery space nestled in the warm community of Silver Maples of Chelsea Retirement Neighborhood. Gallery 100 hosts events and programming that encourage the exploration and appreciation of all aspects of art. In addition, the Gallery creates opportunities for artists, the greater community, and those that call Silver Maples home to come together to enjoy art and develop meaningful relationships. Some works draw you in through bold color and contrast; others reveal themselves through texture, detail, or a more subtle point of view. Together, they offer a fitting exploration of Shadow & Substance—the relationship between what we first notice and what we discover when we look again.

A work of art begins with an artist, but its journey doesn’t necessarily end in the studio.

During Members Showcase, artwork by Jackson Art Association members is finding a temporary home on the walls of Gallery 100 and perhaps a permanent home with someone who connects with it.

Every piece in the exhibition is available for purchase, and 100% of every sale goes directly to the artist. Gallery 100 takes no commission. Supporting an artist can become part of the artwork’s story and yours.

What a wonderful afternoon of art and connection at Gallery 100!

Thank you to the artists, guests, and members of the Jackson Art Association who joined us for the opening reception of Members Showcase. It was a pleasure to bring artists and art lovers together, share conversations about the work, and welcome new creative voices to Chelsea.

The reception may be over, but there is still plenty of time to experience the exhibition.
