The Holiday Pop-Up Sale of Fine Art and Craft is back at the Old Town Art Center in Chicago on November 8 and 9, 11 am-5 pm. For the third year, I have curated this invitational show featuring Chicago area artists. It’s been a great way to stay connected with artists I showed at Vale Craft Gallery and also to discover new artists! Plus I will be selling my own work!

My first Pop-Up Art Sale as Guest Curator will be November 11 & 12 (11 am-5 pm both days) at the Old Town Art Center’s Leslie Wolfe Gallery, 1763 N North Park Ave in Chicago. I’m looking forward to showing my ceramics alongside a dozen Chicago area artists who were represented by Vale Craft Gallery during its 30 year run. “Retirement” has been great!

Yes, it’s really happening: Vale Craft Gallery is closing in June! Join us this Friday, March 10, 5-8 pm for a Spring Sale reception with local artists during the River North Gallery Walk.

Today Peter Vale announced that after 30 years in business he will close Vale Craft Gallery this June. From now until then he will be having a major sale to wind down the gallery and support gallery artists.
