Not exactly what I was going for, but I think they will make good sushi dishes.
This is my second attempt at throwing square dishes. The first saged too much. Started with 6lbs of clay and ended up with 4, 6"x7" dishes. Wanted to make the dishes bigger but couldn't pull it high enough. Need to start with more clay.
