Saturday, Jan 31
South Branch
Adults can take Citizenship classes at the South branch on Saturday at 10am.

All three Chula Vista library branches have shortened hours (10am-3pm) on Wednesday, December 31, and will be closed on Thursday, January 1.
Regular hours will resume on Friday, January 2, 2026. Happy New Year! See you in the new year at the library.

Casa Casillas is a new public cultural arts center featuring a community gallery and studio spaces for artists-in-residence. The center is named in honor of Paula Casillas, a lifelong resident of Chula Vista, former Rohr employee, and mother of former Mayor Mary Casillas Salas. Paula Casillas began taking art classes at a Chula Vista recreation center which then inspired a creative passion leading to a prolific body of art work.
