Started this painting a long time ago but really didn’t like the checkerboard.…. recently Re inspired to cover it up with music (all things are better with music 😝) it is still a work in progress and working on it in the window this evening! I think I will call it “Cover me up”…. Stay Tuned!!!! I am excited to see where this one goes from here 😊
**UPDATE*** fun how just echoing the texture with stencil can change things 😜

The biggest mistake people make when planning their year ahead is...

The lack of vision. You have a calendar in front of you and start making a list of all the things you want to see happen in the next year. Maybe it’s to take a trip, lose some amount of weight, or finally start your own business. If you stop to think about it, you may even notice that some of these goals are the same ones you had from the year before. This is what planning looks like.

Of course, there’s nothing wrong with plans, but it doesn’t include what your soul wants. Planning doesn’t take the time to find out what you really came to do. It is shaped by the desires of those around you and may not have anything to do with your unique path. It takes vision to uncover your soul-led life.
