The Darl Center for the Arts is a museum dedicated to fostering community through the creation, presentation, and appreciation of art.

MISSION: Our mission is to develop relationships with artists and craftspeople, allowing them opportunites, as well as engaging our local community in the understanding and appreciation of the arts. To that end, The Darl Center for the Arts will create educational opportunities through the experience of art, support artists by providing space to create and showcase their art, and provide event sp

ace to support local non-profit organizations. VISION: The Darl Center for the Arts is a museum dedicated to fostering community through the creation, presentation, and appreciation of art. The future of The Darl Center will be determined by the artists, the charities and the organizations who create relationships that work in the space. Creation of new art, visual, spoken word, video and photography will all have a seat at the table. Artists or organizations interested in developing workshops, short term classes, lecture series and performance are all welcome to bring their ideas to the Center.

Hello from The Darl Center We received this video from one of our artists in the 2026 Wearable Art Show. She is working on a piece that has 100 pair of ballet shoes. Her presentation includes a ballet dancer and a concert violinist playing live.

This is so much more than just a runway show, it’s an amazing production: 14 Designers, over 25 works of art, and a reception after to meet the artists and see the art up close

🎭 Coming to Cleveland: Conscience

We’re honored to welcome Conscience, a powerful and often surprisingly funny play by Joe DiPietro, to The Darl Center for the Arts for one weekend only.

Based on true events, Conscience explores the historic political rivalry between Margaret Chase Smith and Joe McCarthy, highlighting Smith’s courageous stand during the Red Scare, when speaking truth came at great personal risk.

Fresh from a successful West Coast run, this timely and insightful production feels more relevant than ever.
