Beloved hometown artist Marian takes the spotlight in a heartfelt performance you won’t want to miss. Joined by longtime collaborator Charlene as Project Gemini (formerly Project Mercury), Marian will debut “At Palisade”, a moving musical tribute to the golden days of Palisades Amusement Park.
This special evening marks the 4th edition of LIVE AT THE HUB, but the night belongs to Marian—her voice, her story, and her deep roots in Cliffside Park.

At F&D Frames, we’ve always believed in the magic of the arts and the incredible talent that makes it shine. Today, we’re beaming with pride as we celebrate the success of our dear friend Teddy, a true inspiration to the acting arts community here in Bergen County and beyond.

We’ve loved watching Teddy’s journey over the years, and now, seeing him shine on Hulu’s Only Murders in the Building is the ultimate thrill! To top it all off, Teddy and the cast recently earned a prestigious SAG Award for Outstanding Ensemble Cast. 👏

This heartfelt performance explores a lifelong journey of family, love, acceptance, and the elusive rainbow connection.
