Zentangle is an American method for drawing, which not only promotes concentration and creativity but at the same time increases personal well-being.

ZENTANGLE, arte meditativo.

Zentangle es un método de dibujo que consiste en crear dibujos a partir de patrones abstractos llamados tangles en base a unas reglas básicas. Se dibujan formas geométricas, curvas y líneas repetitivas dentro de un hilo que da estructura a la obra. El objetivo principal del zentangle es inducir a la meditación y la calma, por tanto, podemos decir que está incluido en la llamada arteterapia. Se pretende que el dibujo sea un acto consciente, agradable, meditativo y de celebración. Es un arte para todos en el que no se requiere una habilidad especial y cuyos resultados son siempre sorprendentes e hipnóticos.
