Excellent reception at the Visual Arts Center in Newport last night. The Fire Horse show will be up through October. And Martin Anderson's neon horse will remain in the lobby for the duration.
The women who purchased my print Running through Fire insisted that I pose in front of it. My lack of vanity allows me to post the photo.

Year of the Fire Horse exhibit reception at the Visual Arts Center in Newport from 5:00 to 7:00 tomorrow night--Friday the 4th.
This is one of the ceramic pieces that I will be showing.
Well, Facebook tells me that I need to add an AI label to this photo for some obscure reason. I tried to appease them, but the photo will still not show up. I hope they figure this out soon.

I hope to see you at the Nestucca Valley Artisan's art fair this weekend. I'll have a booth there with my work, including this new painting that I started years ago and just finished. It's a bit more dramatic than my usual images.
