Thank you to all who have and are currently making the ultimate sacrifice for us to live in a free country. Men and women like vietnam veteran that I was raised by, who lived with paralysis on his intire left side, after being hit in the head with an RPG in vietnam. He was the epitamy of an American hero and the strength I witnessed in him growing up, has given me the strength I am instilled with today. There was nothing this man couldn't do, from getting his bachelors in accounting (only to find that nobody would hire him because of his disability)to raising his family, and 2 grandchildren, to learning the craft of carpentry and inproving his home with the little he had to support his family and raise kids with the values this country was built on. He taught us faith in God above all else, and to stand tall and proud for what you believe in, to work your tail off to get what you want in life, and to love with all we have. He fought for our country until the day he died from strokes caused by the shrapnel they couldnt get out of his brain, leaving a mountain of a man bedridden the last few years of his life. NEVER a complaint leaving his mouth. A day doesnt go by that I dont think of him, the warstories he told, the lessons he taught, and what our family went through living the life that so many live without ever giving it a single thought and wouldnt trade it for anything. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for what you and your families do, and that we can be proud Americans because of it. God bless you and God bless America 🇺🇸
