Congratulations to Barbara Brennan for winning the competition for a wine label on the next bottle of white wine from the Monroe Bay Winery. Barbara won with her painting of the pier on the boardwalk. You will be reading a lot about this new winery in the Northern Neck. Want a free taste? Come by Visions By Shirl on a 2nd Friday.

Here we sit in the worse blzzard seen and felt in the entire East Coast. The snow is blowing with a vegeance. Naturally, I see the beauty...notice the various hues. The Juncos came by today along with a friendly North Carolin Wren who made himself at home on the inside porch by using the kitty door. How adorable!
Of course Visions has not been open since Thursday. I hope you all will come see us on 2nd Friday in February. We will have the Monroe Bay Wines along with chocolate. Maybe something displayed will strike your fancy. See you then.

Thank you everyone who braved the cold wet weather to come visit "Visions" on 2nd Friday, 1/8/16. We had some great new works and our sweet KiKi was there for the wine tasting. Hope to see more of you next month.

SURPRISE! Iam finally at a point in my wonderful busy life where I can once again share with my terrific old friends and welcome my new friends. I thank you newbies for "liking" my page. I am so sorry I have not been on lately. Busy trying to get the new website up and running.

Come out for this 2nd Friday - 6/12 - 6:00 - 9:00 pm
Visions will be introducing a new Winery in the Colonial Beach area. You will love this vino. Monroe Bay Winery will have tasting and the availability to buy your favorite.

Many of the artisans will be on hand. Come out and say "Hello".

Remember...Friday night is also the fireman's parade.

Thank you everyone for the wonderful comments on the new extension.

What's coming up in April for 2nd Friday? A Great Easter Egg Hunt. Prizes for the first 50 people. Candy, hand painted items by Shirl, and Barbara Anthony. Cosmetic bag by Judy McIrvin. Small pottery items by Cathy Donovan and Angie Ringersma, and yes, some jewelry for you ladies. Come in and enjoy the ambiance. The Egg Hunt will start at 7 p.m.
