Listen, Look, and Learn the true meaning of Memorial Day. Hear 250 years of American History and Sacrifice.
Parents, bring your Children and Grandchildren to learn the meaning behind the Pledge of Allegiance, the Star Spangle Banner, and the words, In God We Trust.
Choose your time, Programs will be held on Monday, May 25, at 10am, 1pm and 3pm.

Side Street Gallery is throwing a Birthday Party for one of our favorite Artist, Margie Wood. She will be 96 this Saturday, April 18. Everyone is invited. The party starts at 11am. Let's make her day a very special one.
Also the gallery is giving her a two month long art show. Margie is still working, driving and on her own. We all hope to live a life like hers.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MARGIE!!!!!!
We may have to call the fire dept. if we use all the candles she has earned.

Side Street Gallery Artists Association is this Saturday, Dec. 6 at 11 am. It is open to the public and we will have a free art lesson from former owner Marti Fann. She will be teaching the techniques of "Oil and Wet Brush". She will have plenty of supplies here so you can even try your hand at it.

Brenda "Faye" Henderson Memorial Art Show and Sale.

Our beloved Faye left us way too early. Her son, Mark, has agreed to bring in to Side Street Gallery as much of her artwork as we can hold. From watercolors to pottery Faye was a master of her work. She was famous all around the Colonial Heights, Richmond areas for her beautiful work.

Her work will be on exhibit from Nov. 1 thru December 31. There will be a very special opening on Saturday Nov. 8 from 1 to 4 pm. at 127 Pickwick Ave. in Colonial Heights.

Come share your memories with many of Faye's friends and admirers and take home a piece of Faye to remember her forever.

Hello Fellow Artists and Creepy Monsters.
October Halloween Art show is this Saturday and Side Street Gallery is looking for scary Halloween themed artwork. Please bring your entries this week. There will be prizes and a spooky good time. The show is at 1 pm following our Artists Association meeting at 11am. Prises will be awarded. $10 per entry or 3 for $25.

Hi Friends,
I hate to do this but I have had no responses to keep the gallery open while I am on Vacation. Therefore, Side Street Gallery will be closed tomorrow thru Sept 26. It will reopen on Saturday Sept 27.

I will be starting my regular Tuesday night Drawing class on Oct 7 at 6:30 and a painting class on Saturday Oct 11 at 10 am.
