Next time you walk into the Ent Center for the Arts, look up.

Colorado Springs artist, educator and UCCS alum Shanah Leaf is actively creating new work throughout the Ent Center as she prepares for Ode to Pages, her newest installation at the Galleries of Contemporary Art.

Her relationship with GOCA began as a UCCS student. Now, her work returns to the place where part of her artistic journey began, taking shape right before your eyes as you enter the Ent Center.

Ode to Pages opens October 29 with a free opening reception from 5–8 p.m. and will be on view through December 19 in the GOCA Project Space.

It’s closing weekend for Theatreworks’ Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, and there is only a few tickets left.
