9265 Little House Studio Little House Studio is located at 9265 Leonard Street in Coopersville . It is a little house with a great big beautiful vibe....ask anyone that has been there.

The little house at 9265 Leonard Rd has been a part of our family since Pat's dad helped build it for Uncle Carl Hehl. We bought it in 1985 and it has been our privilege to live there and take care of it ever since. It has been very good to us...we started are family there and continue to use it as a creative outlet to this day. Most recently we each claimed a bedroom as a painting studio. Our reg

ular Friday night date is painting at the little house. Well, we have both been painting for a long time and we have a lot of paintings. Fifty years is a memorable milestone, and we're marking ours with a commemorative exhibit and Friday reception - come join us!

Gallery Uptown was formed 50 years ago by a visionary group of local artists. Throughout the years our address has changed and our membership has shuffled, but our passion as makers and our commitment to the arts community is a constant.

Please join us 5:30-7:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 5 at Grand Haven's Central Park Place (formerly the Community Center) for appetizers and a cash bar.

The free exhibit, which runs through Sept. 26, features works by each of our current members and 17 former members: Margaret Benefiel, Deb Bowen, Ron Campbell, Patricia Dee, Gayle Gerig, Peter Johnson, David Lancashire, Mary Lanka, Catherine McClung, Sandy Meyer, Annie Morgan, Cara O’Brien, Brad Patterson, Tonya Rund,
Sean Sterzer, Mike Westra and Sheri Woodard.
