We're kicking off the year with an unforgettable farm-to-table experience at the Covington Trailhead and you won't want to miss it!
This members-only event is a true celebration of local culture, featuring an evening under the stars with CHF, live bluegrass music, and an incredible four-course meal crafted by Chefs Jarett & Rachel Eymard using the freshest local ingredients.
Throughout the night, our chefs will share insights into each course, the locally sourced ingredients, and the rich history behind our farms. And, of course, no great meal is complete without the perfect drink enjoy our signature cocktail, "The Bees Knees" featuring botanical gin, local honey, fresh lemons, and herbs, along with a selection of other bar favorites.
Adding to the experience, our local farmers will be on-site, offering their products for purchase think of it as a five-star restaurant meets a farmers market!
