One of the plein air pieces captured by Leif Lindholm . This is just a small section of the painting which is truly charming. Come and bid to win this piece of art at our reception and silent auction. It is a painting of the Dummy Light here in Croton. Did you know this year we celebrate its 100th anniversary! All are welcome to this event , 10/24/26 6-8 pm at the Black Cow. Come mingle , enjoy some food and drink and bid to support a scholarship for a CHHS art student . There are 21 works of art being auctioned off in our silent auction. Look forward to seeing you there!

Did you know that the bidding to win one of the Hudson River scenes has begun! The 21 paintings are on display in the gallery and the bidding has begun. Each painting is a croton scene. Here you can see little pieces of some of the paintings. Come view them in the gallery. Be sure to come to the reception and silent auction on 10/24/26 6-8 pm at the Black Cow. Come mingle and bid to win. Our efforts and yours are to support the arts. This auction event is to raise funds to award a scholarship to one of our very own CHHS art students. Plein Air at the Gallery. On September 19, local artists scattered throughout Croton, choosing Silver Lake, the Hudson River, and the Upper Village to paint a landscape. Bidding is open now, and proceeds go toward our scholarship fund!

With the start of each month at the gallery we celebrate and showcase the work of a local artist . This month we welcome Lucy Schaeffer , her pottery and cyanotypes. Come visit the gallery and see her work as well as the paintings from our en plein air event that will be on display for our silent auction throughout the month. Our silent auction will culminate on 10/24/26 at the black cow with a reception , where you can mingle, have some w**e and bid to win a one of a kind Croton landscape painting, all while supporting a CHHS art student. Big things happening at the gallery!

We wanted to invite you and your friends to support the artists and our CHHS 2027 Scholarship fundraiser. Our en plein air paint out was a great success with local artists painting Croton landscapes within the Upper Village, Senasqua, The River Walk, Yacht Club, Croton Point Park and Silver Lake . These one of a kind pieces of art will be on display at the gallery beginning 10/3/26.
Mark your calendars and plan to come to the silent auction and reception on 10/24/26, 6-8 pm at the Black Cow. Come mingle , have fun, bid on some wonderful artwork and support our high school art students. Our mission as a village gallery is to support the arts in and around our community.
