Through the processes that slow down, create order, and reimagine what has been discarded, something lasting emerges from what remains.

We have shared a few stories here about Mindy’s work. This piece, Rags to Stitches. Are loved and worn Tshirts, then paint rags, now a work of art. The work of Mindy’s is so interesting. It is Art created using found objects . Mindy takes what she finds and repurposes it -from quilts, wall hangings, jewelry, embroidery and prints. The piece I’m sharing with you here is Mindy’s QR code… using the New York Times sleeve that the paper comes in- now that’s ART! Come see at the gallery, there’s lots to look at!
