Hear from longtime Culver City resident Donnie Norden, also known as the “Phantom of the Backlots,” as he shares real-life stories from decades exploring iconic studio backlots—including MGM in the 1970s.
From unexpected beginnings to a career spanning over 30 years in the film industry, Donnie brings a unique, behind-the-scenes perspective on Hollywood history.

This free program will feature stories, photos, and memorabilia from a fascinating era in Culver City’s past.
