During World War II, the Women Airforce Service Pilots (WASP) flew military aircraft, ferried bombers, and helped prove that women belonged in the cockpit.

That legacy continues today. This week, a female flight engineer crewed our B-24, carrying forward the trailblazing spirit of the women who took to the skies more than 80 years ago.

The I Hart Flying Foundation’s “Full Throttle: No Ceiling in Sight” scholarship cycle is now open, offering nearly $30,000 in flight training scholarships and industry support to women pursuing their next aviation milestone.

Scholarships can support training toward Private Pilot, Instrument, Commercial, Multi-Engine, CFI, ATP, and other professional aviation pathways.
