We’re pleased to launch Q***r College, a new free monthly public lecture series presented by the Pride Museum of Texas.
Our inaugural lecture will take place on Thursday, February 26, featuring comic book historian R. J. Singleton and their presentation, Black Comics History: A Legacy Observed. The talk explores the lasting influence of Black American superheroes, comic book writers, and artists on popular culture and visual storytelling. Timed to coincide with Black History Month, the program highlights the broader cultural impact of these creators within American history.
This event is free and open to the public.
Registration is required and limited to 25 learners.
