Liliana Bloch Gallery is a contemporary art gallery founded in 2013. The gallery represents emerging and mid-career artists working regionally, nationally, and internationally in all media. The Gallery provides a unique and personalized approach to building outstanding contemporary collections for both individuals and corporations, emphasizing artwork that addresses contemporary issues with strong

historical ties. We work to create a dialogue between institutional and private curators, collectors, galleries, educational venues and the general public. In 2016, the Gallery launched its public art program, URBANO, which cements the gallery’s commitment to educate and promote the understanding of contemporary art in public spaces. URBANO includes curatorial initiatives that reach beyond the traditional bounds of a gallery space and bring art into the context of the city. We believe that public art enhances the lives of our community and nurtures the freedom of expression through mutual understanding between artists and the public. The Gallery takes as a given that contemporary art both serves as a catalyst for critical thinking and holds the promise to promote peace, understanding and appreciation for knowledge and excellence.

The gallery is proud to invite all residents of the Salvadoran diaspora to participate in Mail-Art project "Mi solo pensamiento/Mi only thought" to commemorate the late Saint Oscar Arnulfo Romero.

Using mail art as a medium, this project aims to collect as many pieces, anecdotes, testimonies and reflections on the life of Monsignor Óscar Arnulfo Romero as possible, in order to build from this kind of anecdote an even more human image of his figure. Without separating this vision from his work as a priest, we want to approach an even closer Romero and, from there, try to discover the characteristics of a man who, from his fears, mistakes and concerns, developed his social conscience, empathy, and thirst for justice.

«Mi solo pensamiento» will be woven and built with all the participations received through postal mail. Reyes will create with all the pieces received a unique work that will be exhibited at the Cultural Center of Spain from August 15 (the date of Monsignor Romero's birth) to September 30, 2025.
