Not to be confused with Chanel fashion; Chenille expanded from making bedspreads to clothing, expanding what the material could do. The model is wearing a solid color chenille robe with a corresponding color floral pattern on the lower half. The second model is dressed in a plain chenille robe with a puffed collar, sleeves, pockets, and hem, 1961.
