May 9, 2025 Parking Lot Update

Happy Friday!

The parking lot is OPEN so there is no reason to stay home this weekend. Head on down and support the local businesses!

The striping crew was here yesterday to complete line painting. You may notice some differences from the previous striping pattern and that was in an effort to maximize the available parking, meet minimum marking standards, and improve safety. The work this past week also included paving the remaining section of the parking lot, correcting some minor drainage issues, paving Cross St, and cleaning catch basins. Cody and Thomas continue to be on-site and will finish their punch list to likely wrap the project up next week.

Next week (tentative schedule):

Paving Water Street (Monday) - crews will begin in the morning and complete the paving of Water St between Main St and Cross St.
Punch list items/Clean-up (Daily) - minor items to clean-up like sign installation, loam/seed, etc..
