It’s Take a Peek Tuesday! Work in Progress—For the last couple of months, I have been surrounded by the beauty of The Duomo (completed 1436) in Florence, Italy. This is a commissioned piece for my patrons’ private collection. Credit for the patience to ENJOY attention to detail required for this goes to God Almighty. I am thankful to be blessed with the ability to paint. 🙏🏻💕

The Grayson College Foundation hosted another fun Designer Bag Bingo event. There were nearly 600 women laughing and talking as they joyfully worked their daubers! Purses and raffle prizes were on the block to raise money for scholarships. Congratulations to Ann M. on winning my Derby Girls print. Thanks, DBB committee for making it happen!

I love this and really will have a hard time seeing it go, but I want to sell at least one more original before the end of December to boost my 2025 donations to education entities!

It’s Take a Peek Tuesday! Peter’s View and Derby Girls are SOLD, packed up, and headed to their new home on the Ohio River not far from Churchill Downs. That one just came together — water reflections and horse racing. Woohoo! I know they will be beautiful there. 💕

It’s Take a Peek Tuesday! Tap to see the full width. This is another of my folk art paintings (a slice of life). Island Ferry- Oil and acrylic on 36” x 12” stretched canvas. Frame is not required as I finished the edges. It can work on a shelf or hang among your island keepsakes/memories. Island Ferry was inspired by a really fun trip to the BVI.
