St. Albertus Historic Site St. Albertus was the first Polish Catholic Church in Detroit. It was closed by the Archdiocese of Detroit in 1990 and converted into a historic museum.

It is a registered Local, State, and National Historic Site

Join master craftswoman Andrea Sevonty for an exclusive look at the traditional techniques used to build and breathe new life into Detroit’s historic windows. During this lecture, you will learn the step-by-step process of how stained glass is made and see the results of this intricate work firsthand with a guided viewing of recent stained glass restorations at this Detroit landmark church.
